It is not often talked about in our society. But, in my work with men there are some hugely common themes related to sexuality, sensuality, and desire.
Here are some of the most common:
- low sexual self-esteem
- sexual issues including erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and performance anxiety
- self-consciousness around women and around intimacy
- not feeling like they know how to please their partner or enjoy sex with their significant other
Men want to know how to feel better sexually, how to open up to another and their own sexuality, and how to connect more deeply. They want to enjoy sex with their partner, improve sexual relationships, and even have a more sublime experience.

I have found that men are as concerned about their partners’ pleasure as their own or even more so. That they desire to please and connect and communicate but don’t necessarily know how.
I have some theories and one of them is that society as a whole has a huge karmic imprint of shame around sexuality. We all have sexual energy and yet are not taught how to work with it. So the collective shadow is not only huge but suppressed. It comes out in all sorts of destructive ways that we are increasingly aware of and the exploration of which is key to liberating the energy and reworking our relations with each other.
And maybe until these shadows are looked at personally and collectively they will run the show. Shadow is a part of soul which is Shakti – the feminine principle of creation. She is the chaos of creation and loves all of her babies, even the ones humans consider ugly. Approving of her creations is a key step to it evolving and lining up with the Shiva principle – pure consciousness – where the force of creation is guided by our highest visions of humanity.
Diving into all those shadows is super fun for me and one of my favorite activities! However, the extent of this article could not do that justice at all. My exclusive upcoming course for men will dive more into that and lots of other juicy topics.
In the meantime, I have created the Full Body Sensual Massage Guide for Men for YOU.
In this guide, I go over topics like what sensual massage is and is not, techniques, supplies, and getting yourself straight. The sensual massage guide gives important principles of connection and technique to get you moving in the right direction as soon as you download. You will also be the first to learn about the upcoming course.
Why men? Aren’t you a woman?
Why yes, I am! Let me tell you a little story…once upon a time, when I was yet a girl, I became totally turned off from my long-term relationship. I treated my guy at that time fairly shitty about it. We broke up but my soul had plans. Getting to the heart of the reality of what was really going on there became a years-long process and led me to the road of Tantra, both neo and ancient.
Then I began working with men as a coach and a guide and would hear my story over and over again. And so knowing both sides intimately, I have been able to offer guidance to work through the patterns that I wasn’t able to when younger. I am an advocate for everyone being free in their sexuality and liberating our societal shadows around the topic.
